You can download torrents from websites like ThePirateBay or Kickass.

Steps To Download: There are two ways to download a torrent, either from a torrent file(.torrent) or from a magnet link.
Magnet link: Most torrent hosting sites provide magnet link. Magnet link is a type of link in which the user can download the torrent directly wihtout downloading the .torrent file. Go to any torrent hosting websites like Kickass, Torrentz or The Pirate Bay from your mobile or tablet. You can also use google search for finding torrents. All you have to do is to add the word torrent after the name of the file you want to download. Once you've found your desired Torrent, in the website search for a magnet image or the phrase "Magnet Link". Click on this and your Torrent client(in my case Flud) will pop-up asking if you want to download this torrent or not. Choose confirm and start download.
From .torrent file: Just like in the above method go to the website, choose your desired torrent and search for download torrent button or download torrent link. Download the .torrent file. Don't worry it will be a very small file. Once downloaded open this file with your torrent client (in my case Flud). You can also add a torrent by pressing the plus button on flud and then choosing the file.

For this reason, methods have been developed to disguise BitTorrent traffic in an attempt to thwart these efforts. Protocol header encrypt (PHE) and Message stream encryption/Protocol encryption (MSE/PE) are features of some BitTorrent clients that attempt to make BitTorrent hard to detect and throttle.

Some things to look out for while downloading torrents:
- Always download torrents from legit sources. Search the internet and you'll find some faous websites like Kickass, isohunt, Thepiratebay, Mininova etc.
- Download torrents which have more seeders and less leechers.
- Look out for user ratings to know more about the file you're about to download.
- Some torrent websites(even the famous ones) may be inappropriate for children due to the ads and pop ups.
