Are you a fan of word games? Are you a 'word Geek'? If yes, then you should definitely checkout Four Letters. This game is published by PikPok who are known for the popular zombie thriller game "Into The Dead". If you've never heard of this game before, then go and check it out. 

Overview


Four Letters is a "beautifully" designed word game which makes you addicted to this game. You need to make a word from the given four letters(as the name suggests). You'll get random letters. The time limit required to complete one word decreases as your score increases. This makes the game more interesting and fun. 

Gameplay

Four letters has a great gameplay, thanks to the "unity" engine. You can either swipe through words in order or tap on each single word to make words. What makes the game addictive and exciting is the time-limit. You have to complete a four-lettered word before the time runs out. This may seem easy, but its not. You can get confused even if there can be an easy word which you may already know. Thanks to the time limit! If you fail to make a word within the time limit, the game ends and you're displayed with a word that you could have made and the meaning of this word.

 

 

Get Achievements

Each time you find a new word in the game, four letters adds it to your dictionary. Since this game is integrated with Google Play Games you'll get XPs for completing alphabetic sets.
XPs are also awarded when users come across a new milestone(ex. 25, 50 and so on)in their high-score. XPs are also awarded for rare words that fall in one category. For example there is a category "BABY BABY". If you find all the words related to this category like 'LAMB' or 'COLT' you'll be awarded a huge amount of XPs!! There are many more achievements which I'll not mention because it'll be a huge list of them!

Compete with friends 

You connect with your Facebook account to compete with your facebook friends. As I mentioned above the game is integrated with Google Play Games, so you can compare your score with google+ friends too.

Learn While You Play.

When you loose the game, you will be provided with a word that could've been made. If you don't know the meaning, click on the blue icon above the word and you'll be provided with meaning and a sentence using the word to make you understand the meaning.




CONCLUSION

Four letters provides a very good and addictive game play. A must-have for word-game lovers.
